The breakfast staff greeted us warmly and made our mornings special.

The location is comfortable, at a short distance from Xochicalco Tijuana. The staff are very very helpful, managed the parking onsite.

Impeccably clean and amazing room with climate control, multi-channel TV and a sitting area, and good bed. Comfortable, absolutely perfect location in Tijuana, so close to restaurant and many stores 2 miles away.

I appreciated the cleanliness and efficient staff, though the lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast was satisfying and offered a great start to the day.

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, like free wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost ring. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is ideally located, just 7 minutes from Tijuana International Airport. The breakfast staff always greeted us warmly, and the rooms were comfortable for our stay. We also enjoyed the Vergel water park nearby.

My wife says that a small mini fridge would be ideal for families.

The room was clean, and the security at the door provided a sense of safety . Although the bed was comfortable, the walls were thin, challenging to get restful sleep due to noise from adjacent rooms. The facilities met our business needs fairly well, but improvements could be made.
